Spanish III Study Resources
Syllabus
In Spanish III, students will begin with a review of material from the previous year. They will then be introduced to themed sets of vocabulary, as well as grammar topics such as formal commands and the subjunctive tense. Students will continue to work on their speaking, reading, listening, and writing skills in this one semester, block class.

Vocabulary
- Outdoor activities
- Sports and competition
- Art
- Performing
- Health and Illness
- Exercise
- Friendships and personal characteristics
Grammar
- An introductory review of basic verb forms and vocabulary
- AR/ER/IR verb forms, common irregulars, boot verbs, reflexive verbs
- Preterite, Imperfect, and Preterite v. Imperfect
- Direct and Indirect Object Pronouns
- Commands--negative, positive, formal, informal, singular, and plural
- Subjunctive tense--forms and basic uses
