The Deerfield Community School District is following the guidance of the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction (DPI) to strengthen literacy learning for our students. The implementation of the requirements of the Early Literacy plan focuses our work at the elementary level on increasing the number of students reading on grade level by the end of third grade.
