This year's homecoming parade is on October 17 at 2 p.m. We are currently taking entries; however, Hwy. 73 cannot be closed for a lengthy period. Therefore, parade entries may be limited. Entries from high school-related activities will be given first priority; other student-related activities will be given secondary priority status. All other community entries will be determined by order of receipt. Contact Hannah Opala via email at opalah@deerfield.k12.wi.us by October 3. Phone entries will not be considered.

The event will be packed with information on things you may be wondering about such as cap and gown ordering process, financial aid and scholarships, common application, transition planning, senior step-it-up project, ACP and mentoring events. Join us and get a jump start on your senior year!

The Deerfield Community School District will be holding developmental screenings of children between
The Deerfield Community School District will be holding developmental screenings of children between the ages of 2½ - 5 years old (not currently enrolled in the district’s 4K program) on Wednesday, September 24 between the hours of 8:00 to 11:45 a.m. and from 3:15 to 6:00 p.m. Screenings should last about 30 minutes each. This special event is open to all families who reside in the Deerfield School District. All areas of your child’s development including speech and language, cognition, motor, social, self-help skills, and hearing/vision will be screened by district staff. Screenings are held at Deerfield Elementary, 340 West Quarry Street. Please call the DES office at 608-764-5442 to set up an appointment.
