Course Description/Overview
Introduction to Programming With Java is a 9-week course tailored for beginners with no prior programming experience, focusing on foundational programming concepts using the Java language. The course covers essential topics such as variables, data types, operators, control structures, object-oriented programming principles (including classes, objects, inheritance, and polymorphism), Java syntax, input and output handling, error handling and debugging, and basic data structures like arrays and lists. Through a combination of lectures, practical coding exercises, and collaborative projects, students will gain hands-on experience and develop the skills needed to write and debug basic Java applications, laying a strong foundation for further programming studies.
