Course Description/Overview
The Advanced 3D Design and Animation course is intended to offer students an opportunity to work on some of the advanced features of Blender. Students will become familiar with the Cycle’s rendering engine and working with the node editor. They will become proficient in baking textures on objects and creating low-poly objects that can be used in 3D games. In addition to creating advanced 3D objects and animations, students will also produce 3D animated movies, work with advanced rigging techniques and investigate how their creations can be used in 3D gaming engines such as Unity.
