Jason Wierzba

My name is Jason Wierzba and been teaching in Deerfield since 2014. Prior to that I taught in Lake Mills for 9 years.  I will be teaching 6-8 physical education, middle school health and adaptive physical education. I feel very privileged to be working in the school district where my three children (Hank, Elyn and Olin)  go to school. I grew up in the Stevens Point area and attended Rosholt High School and went on to college at UWSP where I received a major in physical education and a minor in health/adaptive education. In my spare time I enjoy running, hiking, boating, camping and everything outdoors. My goal at Deerfield is to promote healthy habits and give the students knowledge and skills to be able to sustain regular physical activity for a lifetime.
