Emily Brunschon

Hey Everyone!

My name is Emily Brunschon, and I am a Social Studies teacher here at Deerfield High School.  I graduated with my bachelor's degree from UW-Oshkosh in 2019. After completing my graduate degree at UW-Eau Claire in 2021, I worked at the local school district. My time there inspired me to go back to school to acquire my teaching license. I completed my second graduate degree through McKendree University in May 2026. Having recently moved to southern Wisconsin, I hope to grow roots and connection in the community. Outside of school, I enjoy reading, (attempting) woodworking, video games, being outside, and snuggling with my cats.
