All the high school classrooms were added in 1978. The classrooms were built with demountable partition walls and some, but not all, have a small window. Many of the furniture and fixtures from this era are still used in the classrooms including shelving units, closed door cabinets and file cabinets. The carpet throughout the high school classrooms was last replaced in 2003. The proposed plan would build a new two-story addition on the north side of the building with classrooms, science labs and areas to support hands-on collaborative learning.
