The seven member elected school board meets at 6:30pm on the third Monday of each month in the WDEE district studio room.  The Annual Meeting and Budget Hearing is held on the third Monday in September.

There are five (5) taxing municipalities within the Deerfield Community School District: Village of Deerfield, Town of Deerfield, Town of Cottage Grove, Town Christiana and Town of Pleasant Springs.
